Participants know relevant child-psychiatric clinical pictures, pervasive developmental disorders, as well as specific symptoms of the child and adolescent psychiatric work. Knowledge transfer and transfer of skills and presentation of practical experience will be performed in a balanced way.

How do child psychiatric disorders develop? Which factors maintain the disorders? What is the course of illness? The knowlege of the pathology of psychiatric disorders has increased enourmously. Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are more and more differenciated and evidence based guidelines derived.
