To create an awareness of – and sensitivity to the above key themes in students aiming to become health professionals.

·         Principles for the contract governing psychotherapeutic treatment including primary and secondary obligations for patients and psychotherapists subject to specific considerations of initial non-committal consultation (or first approach); as well as subject to violation of the contractual relationship, notably to unconscionability.

·         Liability issues in respect to the contract governing psychotherapeutic treatment (compensation claims, arbitration board, etc. )

·         Relevant assignments towards the penal law (e.g. charlatanry, assault, arbitrary treatment, sexual offences, professional secrecy etc,);

·         Relevant assignments towards the code of criminal procedure (disclosure duty, right to make a report, in the role of a witness, professional security carrier etc.)

·         Principles for the addictive drug legislation (cp. narcotics, psychotropic substances etc.) subject to “Psychotherapy in lieu of penalty”, psychotherapy as beneficial action within the addictive drug legislation.
