Learning Outcome:

The students know the latest results of entrepreneurial research and are aware of appropriate methods to describe features of the entrepreneurial personality. They will be able to collect data related to their own entrepreneurship.

Contents:

In the seminar entrepreneurship will be discussed with a special focus on personality traits and the relevance in a social field. Also empirical methods (qualitative and quantitative) will be presented to describe personality and competencies. Students can apply these methods in the seminar.

Methods:

Lectures by the instructor, multimodal exercise, group presentations. Lecture materials will be uploaded to OLAT.

Assessment:

Regular attendance, active participation, presentations in small groups and final paper.

Literature:

Will be available on OLAT.
