Contenuto: Sviluppo del diritto, tenendo conto sia della regione del Sudtirolo/Trentino così come anche delle linee dello sviluppo europeo in base a selezionati fonti storiche del diritto; approfondimento di temi dell'esame finale
Gemeinsame Lektüre und Interpretation historischer Rechtsquellen
Metodo didattico: Lettura condivisa e interpretazione delle fonti storiche del diritto
Regelmäßige Teilnahme und aktive Mitarbeit/ positive Bewertung von einer Klausur
Modalità d'esame: Frequenza regolare e partecipazione attiva; valutazione positiva di un esame scritto
