Teaches students critical examination, understanding and categorization of art considering the original
The purpose of this excursion is to examine major works of the byzantine and Ottoman art in Istanbul, or Constantinople, as the city was called in its former days as the capital of the byzantine empire
Presentations and discussions
This excursion requires continuous assessment based on active participation and oral/ written presentations on location
