The course offers direct practical relevance. Main issue is the development of the catalogue numbers to a homonymous exhibition and book project in 2015. Based on the importance of art for political propaganda between the wars we will analyze and discuss central images in their historical context. The objects which will be elaborated include the lines of painting, drawing, photography, film and architectural concept
This lecture requires continuous assessment based on active class participation and written/ oral presentations
