Introduction to the technical literature, mediation of basic knowledge of scientific working, mediation and accordingly deepening of awareness regarding economical theories of the medieval and of modern times; exemplarily treatment of subject matters / problems through presentations, discussions and / or case studies.

Throughout the ages and the changing of the socio-economic circumstances various models of explanation and theories regarding the individual aspects of the social development and of the economic dealing were drawn up or comprehensive economic concepts were presented. These as well as their initiators are in the focus of this course.

Topic-orientated course including lectures, discussions, independent work, presentations and practical exercises.

Active participation, journal, homework, statement, presentation and written assignment.
