Learning Outcome:

Students will be able to assess the scientific work of scientists and are (e.g. for the work within an appointment committee) familiar with the kind of evaluation and the selection criteria

Contents:

According to international standards the scientific output, (as far as possible) the teaching and also the social skills of several randomly selected scientists are assessed. To simulate a search committee the best candidate will be selected for a fictive employment within an intensive group work.
