Goal: A2+

At this level a more active participation in conversations is possible, though some restrictions in communicative ability still remain and support is sometimes needed; e.g: the learner can start/hold/end a conversation on limited, familiar matters; he/she can deal with routine information in everyday situations, but still cannot fully realize their communicative intention and has to search for words. In addition, the ability of sustained monologue is better developed, e.g.: he/she can express in simple words how they feel like, can talk about aspects of their life in detail, e.g. about people, places, job experience or education.

improve of Spanish skills; travelling in Spain and Latin America; lifestyles and quality of life; media – yesterday and today; eating habit and tastes

Linguistic Goals:
to talk about learning experiences; to describe intercultural experiences; to give advice; to recommend something; to express wishes/necessities; to complain; to come to an agreement; to plan a journey; to argue for/against something; to express an assumption; to express causes/aims/consequences; to structure texts

Structural Goals:
repetition of tenses of the past; subjuntivo presente – to express opinions/believes/necessities/wishes/hope/doubt; use of “acabar de” plus infinitive – to talk about actions/facts in the near future; “llevar” plus gerund – to express the duration of an action; direct and indirect speech – to express what another person has said; la voz pasiva; repetition of future perfecto – to talk about actions that will happen in the future; relative clause with prepositions
