Learning Outcome:

Knowledge of Private Law of the European Union (contracts, corporations, competition, conflict of laws). In particular DCFR and CESL.

Contents:

General Introduction into Forms and areas of European Private Law. In the second part concentration on Draft Common Frame of Reference and Common European Sales Law

Methods:

Lecture with discussion, with reference to case law, in particular of the ECJ.
