Raising the comprehension and the awareness for the problems of civil procedure law.

Contents:

Scientific treatment of selected current challenging issues of civil procedure law.

Methods:

Presentations by the participants with following discussions.

Assessment:

Presentation of a written paper, participation in the discussions.

Literature:

Current edition of the Austrian Civil Procedure Act (for example Kodex Zivilgerichtliches Verfahren). Special literature is going to be announced in each case it is required.
