Basic legal terminology regarding the basics of US law and politics.

Contents:

The course covers legal terminology regarding basics of the US legal system and politics including legal education and legal professions. Students will work with English texts and practice their understanding and communication skills.

Methods:

Please make sure you have valid OLAT and e-mail access. You will have to print course material and articles for class.

Assessment:

take home exam 1,5 h OR oral exam
