To provide an overview of central aspects of forensic science, of expert’s activities and the methodological principles of expert opinions.

Problems in drawing up expert reports, especially limited mental faculties, mental capacity and sanity, insanity and mental diseases, personality disorders, particular danger of perpetrators, negotiation ability and mental ability to stand trial, addictions and the credibility of witnesses.

Lectures, presentations, group discussions.

Written exam.
