The seminar aims at working out what problems arise from the cooperation between states with different codes of procedure (especially in regard to the use of results of investigation from abroad) and how the individual states solve these problems.
Seminar to prepare a three-country seminar, dealing with comparative legal studies, from June 19 to 22, 2014 in Vienna.
