The students should acquire basic knowledge of handling certain commercial law issues in practice. Information exchange with practising specialists will give a rounded overview.

This course is very practice oriented and is structured as follows: it starts with a preliminary discussion (kick-off meeting) of half an hour, then a sequence of 4 x half day modules (approx. 5 hours each). Each module covers a separate topic and starts with a theoretical introduction of 2.5 hours, followed by a look at how this works in practice. The course concludes with a debriefing session of approximately 2 hours. Detailed information regarding topics and dates will be available online.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Attendance on all dates and active participation
