Contents:

Treatment of current topics from all areas of intellectual property law and intellectual property law with particular attention to the development of this area of law by the influence of Community law, care of ongoing dissertations and theses that are dedicated to this topic. General Principles of intellectual property law, trademark law, trademark law, patent law, utility model law, copyright law, etc.

Methods:

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
