The course imparts an overview of the conjunction between national and European Commercial Law.

Contents:

Discussion of court decisions of the European Court of Justice with special focus on freedom of establishment and free movement of capital.

Methods:

Lecture, assessment is based on a single examination at the end of the course.

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Literature:

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
