This course prepares future teachers for the exam 'Leseliste'.

Students will be able to

(1) chose literary texts fort their French classes.

(2) guide the student's lectures

(3) analyse literary textes following different criteria

introductory part of the professor (includes reading and discussion of literary theory and criticism)

presentation of the student's didactic 'dossiers'

Establishing a didactic dossier and presenting it in class.

continuous evaluation: regular and active participation, final presentation at the end of semester.

Duras, Marguerite, Moderato cantabile

Kristof, Agota, Le grand cahier

Huston, Nancy, L'empreinte de l'ange

Zola, Émile, Thérèse Raquin

Beauvoir, Simone de: Les belles images

Memmi, Albert, Agar
