Knowledge of the specific forms of scientific communication with particular emphasis on Comparative Literature

The course aims at providing basic knowledge in different working techniques of literary studies (reading, extracts, research, writing, presentation, discussion). It also offers initial insights into issues and problems of Comparative Literary Studies.

Discussion, lecture, oral presentations, group work, short papers

 

Regular attendance, active participation in the lessons, assignments, oral presentation, written exam

The texts will be announced and provided at the beginning of the course.
