Intracellular Measurement of flourescing pH sensor proteins Bleachingmethods, Timelapse, FRAP (Flourescence Recovery after Photobleaching)

cell preparation, experimental planning, introduction to the Leica SP5 II, image analysis, interpretation

Prerequisites:

Module will be held in the third trimester of the summer term.

A preliminary meeting for all optional modules of the master study in molecular biology will be held on March 3, 2014 at 15 pm in lecture hall B.
