Advanced content-related and methodological knowledge and skills in psychological work and organizational diagnosis and design

Methods of organization diagnoses, concepts of intervention, and research results benefiting the employees will be aquired and discussed. The seminar shall support psychologists in enterprises, work designers, members of the human ressources department, management consultants, and responsible persons in labour unions, work councils, and employers' associations who intent to design work activities, leadership or organizational structures, humand centred, paricipative, and socially responsible and who want to activate employees to support the improvement of their work situation. Topics like participation and organizational democracy, organizing, ethical organizational climate, communicative/dialogical acting or humanization of work can be treated within the semimar.
