Goal: B1
At this level the learner can understand the main ideas of clear standard input on familiar matters like work, school, leisure; he/she can tackle most situations which could arise whilst travelling in the country where the language is spoken; he/she can express themselves in simple and coherent sentences on familiar topics and areas of interest; he/she can talk about experiences and events; can describe dreams, hopes and goals; he/she can give reasons/explanations for their plans and views.

relationships and love; important events; the world in contact; solidarity
Linguistic Goals:
to express plans/presumptions/doubts/wishes/hopes; to talk about future events; to promise something; to express amazement/astonishment/surprise/fear/likes/dislikes; to summarise a text; to make notes; to express reasons/causes/consequences; to convey statements of others
Structural Goals:
perfecto de subjuntivo – to express presumptions/wishes referring to the immediate past; conditional clauses; relative clause with indicativo or subjuntivo; subjuntivo presente – to express that a decision has not been made yet; imperfecto de subjuntivo plus conditional clause – to express that a condition can be but is unlikely to be fulfilled; estilo indirecto - to quote statements of others said in the past
