Basic knowledge of the development of education after 1945, the reflection of the concepts and the analysis of their representation in newspapers

Based on the clarification of what exactly is meant by education, we deal with the development of educational thinking over the past decades based on reading and discussion of selected texts. The course makes clear that debates in the years after 1945 were characterised by a preoccupation with the National Socialism, in the late 1960s the education system was characterized by a fundamental politicization following the student protests and since the 1990s a process of neo-liberal, capitalist exploitation of Education has to be stated.
