Discussion and Supervision of Bachelor´s Thesis with a focus on gender studies and masculinity studies.

The seminar focuses on both the research process as well as the process of writing up the MA-thesis. In addition, questions concerning research topics and methods that arise in the course of conducting the BA thesis are discussed in the course.

Exercises dealing with the planning of the research process as well as scientific reading and writing skills. Discussion of research ideas, plans, methods and the topic of scientific writing; elaboration of research questions; presentation of results, feedback.

Course with formative assessment, i.e., students are graded on the basis of written and/or oral tasks assigned regularly over the term.
