Learning Outcome:

Acquisition of argumentative skills and knowledge, getting to know academic cultures in the context of a congress event.

Contents:

The excursion is dedicated to the reflexive discussion of developments of the media as an example of the activities of a variety of media institutions and whose conceptual backgrounds. The participation of the MiT9 conference at MIT/Cambridge is an integral part of the excursion.

Methods:

Preparation of in-depth questions on selected subjects, active participation (selection of a symposium, Research Forum, or a workgroup), discussions.

Assessment:

Active participation, final discussion and written report. Details will be discussed during the preparation meeting.

Literature:

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
