Experience based learning shows how cooperation in solving problems and facing challenges in teams help for efficiency in teams. Participants learn to communicate successfully in teams. Therefore projects and tasks will be performed in teams within the lectures. We will analyse und evaluate the outcome and reflect it according to team-roles and goals. We will emphasize the reflexion on interpersonal proceedings and communication.
