Professional competences of lecturers in schools, adult education, trainings, organisational & personel developement: selfmanagement – empathy – competence (subjekt & didactics) – commitment (in short: SE2C).

Self diagnostics for professionalpersonal developement on the backgroundtheory PSI (personality-system-interaction-theory) of Julius Kuhl

Professional educational attitude on the backgroundtheory PSI of Julius Kuhl as well as them from Maja Storch, the zürich ressource model (ZRM)

Lectures, jig-saw-method, interactive exercices and colleguale intervision, working on personal goals and mottos for the own professional attitude; empowerment and choice creating as framework & attitude for personal learning and developoement.
