Knowledge of important sections of civil procedure law.

The aim of the tutorial is to work out a basic comprehension for important sections of civil procedure law. Prerequisites are not required. However the attendance of the tutorial makes primarily sense for those students, who are going to concern themselves with civil procedure law also besides this course.

Important sections of civil procedure law are going to be treated on the basis of cases.

Two written examinations, oral participation during the lessons.

Default civil process law literature, especially Kodek/Mayr, Zivilprozessrecht² (2013). Further information in the first lesson or on the institute’s website.
