This course introduces the participants into pivotal concepts of International Economic Law. They shall be enabled to understand the basic philosophy standing behind this field of law and to solve autonomously basic legal questions arising in this area.

Primary attention will be paid to WTO law and its application in the EU. Furthermore, also subjects such International Investment Law, International Competition Law and the law International Integration will be treated.

The single units are introduced by the course teacher. Participants are invited to participate actively in the discussion.
