Upon the positive completion of the course students shall dispose of a broad knowledge of the terms , concepts and sources as well as the historical an general background of Austrian labour an social security law. They should be able to put the acquired knowledge into practice by independently solving case-law and interpreting Supreme Court.

Short presentations given by students under the guidance of the lecturers and in-depht discussions, working on concrete cases, visit of trial.
