BA Politikwissenschaft § 5 (1) 12.b Vergleich politischer Systeme - Verteifung

Die Studierenden können die Struktur- und Funktionsprofile unterschiedlicher demokratischer Regierungssysteme darstellen und erklären. Sie sind ferner in der Lage, auf der Basis einschlägiger theoretisch-konzeptueller Ansätze mäßig komplexe Phänomene aus dem Gegenstandsbereich der Vergleichenden Regierungslehre überwiegend eigenständig problemorientiert zu analysieren und zu bewerten.

The relationship between sports and politics is analysed on various levels - in the context of the transformation of modern sports into mass-sports in a globalized, media-oriented consumer-capitalism. The sport-political actors and issues in different political systems are also analysed. Further issues are discussed: e.g.

success in sports competitions and the construction of national and regional identities; the instrumentalization of big sports events; the orchestration of politicians in the context of sports events; populism and sports; right-wing extremism among football fans; gender-issues in sports; All the issues are analysed by reading texts, doing presentations and seminar-papers.
