Reading: To further advance students' skills of close and analytic reading as well as text interpretation

Writing: to further promote the conventions of effective writing focussing on language, content and structure

Reading. A variety of sophisticated texts.

Writing: proceeding from a paragraph to full texts, letter writting, further improvement of summary skills.

Reading. critical appraisal of various text types

Writing: critical in-class analysis of student writing

Regular written assignments

Written end of test reading and writing skills

to be announced in class

positive completion of compulsory module 7

 

Due to other committments during semester, 2 classes will be held on Saturday 5th October!!!

 

 

For the Teacher Training Programme (Lehramt Englisch), this is not a compulsory course.
