The aim of this course is to heighten students' awareness of time, tense and modality in a comparative (English-German) context.

The following topics will be covered in this course:

• Present, Past, Future Tenses
• Modal Verbs
• Gerund vs. Infinite
• Voice

In-class discussion of exercises.

Students must pass the centralized, end-of-term exam (date to be announced).  Regular attendance is expected.
