Learning Outcome:

Acquisition of in-depth knowlegde of the grammatical structure and the lexicon of Old Church Slavonic. Capability of reading and translating Old Church Slavonic texts (by using the appropriate auxiliary means).

Contents:

More sophisticated chapters of Old Church Slavonic grammar (e.g. infinite verbal forms, synthetic tempora; word-formation); reading; translation from German into Old Church Slavonic.

Methods:

Ex-cathedra teaching, learning by doing, text lecture.
