The skill to analyze historical sources and to present individual research topics in front of an interdisciplinary audience.

Contents:

The Greek Alexander romance had an enormous and wide-spanned impact on the reception of Alexander from ancient to modern times in East and West. Several aspects will be analyzed.

Methods:

Presentation of the topic of research for the BA thesis and of the envisaged methodologies. it will be exemplified by a subject of the reception of the Greek Alexander Romance.

Assessment:

Oral presentation, analyzing sources, lecture, submission of the BA thesis
