Students know and understand the important concepts, methods, technologies, and techniques of developing Web sites that collect, organize and expose information resources. They know and understand the design methods and technologies, testing, operation and maintenance of Web application projects.

Web application modeling and architectures including various web development technologies (e.g., (X)HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Servlet, JSP). Discussion and practice of the topics covered in the lecture; practice in scientific argumentation and presentation of computer science contents.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

The grade will be based on points gained by doing exercises, which will be presented by the students during the sessions. All the students have to present at least once.
