Basic knowledge about work and organizational psychological theories, methods and their application in practice
This overview lecture continues the lecture "Work and Organization Psychology I". In The two-part lecture covers topics of the "foundations of applied psychology" (Bachelor's degree in psychology). Part II of this two-semester lecture focuses on organizational psychology. Topics of the lecture are theories of organization, organization diagnosis, leadership, group and team work, communication and conflicts in organizations, personnel recruiting and development, work performance and behavior, organization development, future of work. .
