Profound knowledge of classical and more current approaches of an evidence-based design of work and organizations, promoting well-being, health and personality of employees.

The course will deepen the knowledge about influential theories, concepts and methods of an human-oriented, psychological work design in organizations. We will focus on the history and content of such theories and concepts. Moreover, more current approaches will be presented and discussed, against the background of a changing working life characterized by increased flexibility requirements.

Presentations by the lecturer and the students, group work, discussions, writing a scientific essay.

Graded oral presentation and written essay.
