Detailed knowledge of approaches and methods of a human oiented design of work and organizations; discussion based on concrete case studies from business practice.

The course will deepen the knowledge about concepts and methods of an human-oriented, psychological design of work and organizations. With in the focus are taken topics of human resources/personnel- and organizational development. They will be discussed against the background of a rapidly changing professional life.  

Presentations by the lecturer and the students, group work, case analysis, disussions
