Students possess an increased awareness of origin of danger in the workplace. The students are able to act preventive. They are able to act need-oriented and are able to provide individual assistance. Coping strategies and group dynamic processes are supported to enable a fast return to the workplace

Contents:

Companies or their persons in charge are sometimes confronted in different ways with psychosocial crises. E.g., both recreational and occupational accidents with or without fatal consequences, disasters, suicide of colleagues, etc. but also social problems as mobbing.
