Learning Outcome:

Students identify positive and constitutional leadership (without loss of power). They discuss their own life- and working situation and are able to identify stress factors. They learn to define the scope of expectations (awareness of others, sense of self) and to say “no” in a constructive ´manner.

Contents:

This lecture will deal with the topic “burnout” on different levels. As a basis of this lecture, different scientific and theoretic approaches will be discussed and related with possible warning signs and symptoms.
