Think tank Holon Architecture Laboratory (HAL) is a newly formed research group. HAL’s manifesto outlines the concept of theholon and illustrates its importance and meaning for the group of architects and scientists.

The studio assignment is the design of a club house for HAL. The building will represent HAL’s manifesto. The following key points need to be honoured:

1. HAL (Self)conception

2. Development of methods

3. Design of the clubhouse

The Club House is the quest for a new method.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
