The students will be able to reflect their own biography and they acquire a self-reflexive skill in the context of teaching and learning. By doing that, they improve their ability to act, especially in view of classroom management and discipline. The students don’t receive recipes or patent remedy to answer questions of discipline in the educational context.

The seminar supports the personal confrontation with the own learning biography. This teaching session accentuates the individual learning experience of the participants, which should be reflected in the context of being a teacher.

The students of the Faculty of Catholic Theology become an introduction in the production of a portfolio.

Process-oriented working under the aspect of biographical- and experience orientated methods (job, team work, plenum)

- active  participation  in the seminar
