Study outcome: Preparation for the final criminal law exam in October 2015. No fundamental knowledge transfer! The revision course cannot and shall not replace regular lectures and self-study.

Contents:

Presentation of selected case studies on criminal law and criminal procedure.

Methods:

Teaching method: Presentation of selected case studies. The cases can be found on OLAT before the course starts and should be studied in advance. Preparation and participation are required.

Assessment:

A certificate cannot be acquired.
