Contents:

Overview of the main types of offenses; particularly crimes against the honour of a person, crimes against the public safety, selected sexual offenses, crimes affecting the administration of justice. Discussion and practice of the substance.

Lecture with discussion.

Assessment:

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Information about the required literature will be given in the lecture.
