Understanding the fundamentals of Public International Law.

International law lectures for business lawyers: The lecture will consider the structural characteristics of the international legal order, including, firstly, an introduction to the sources of public international law, to the relationship between public international and national law, as well as to the subjects of international law. Subsequently, topics such as the representative bodies of international law, the territorial regimes, international economic law, international responsibility will be illustrated.

Lecture, illustrated by current practical examples. Students will be given the possibility to ask questions. 

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
