The students shall be prepared for the examination in: „Piublic International Law”.

Contents:

The subjects treated in the Courses „Völkerrecht“ („International Law“) shall be repeated.

Methods:

Repetition of the subjects treated in the courses mentioned and simulated examinations. Attention of the students shall be drawn to important aspects. Particular attention shall be paid to difficult details of the respective field of the law.

Assessment:

Oral and written tests.

Literature:

Österreichisches Handbuch des Völkerrechts; Extracts from manuals from Anglo-American countries.
