This lecture aims at providing an overview of central aspects of EU law to prepare students for the examination that forms part of the compulsory module International Law.
The lecture covers fundamentals of EU institutional law and of substantive EU law.
Lecture, the lecture is complemented by the EU Law Tutorial
After having successfully completed the EU Law Tutorial, the students sit a final written exam that covers the content of the entire module International Law.
Schweitzer/Hummer/Obwexer, Europarecht (2nd edition, 2013); Schroeder, Grundkurs Europarecht (3rd edition, 2013); Kodex Europarecht (20th edition, 2013)
No lecture on 16th of November and on 11th of January because of examinations
