winter semester 2015/2016 | Last update: 16.10.2015 | Place course on memo listThe students have an in-depth look at current topical issues in the EU policy area „Freedom, security and justcie“.
The students deal with relevant topics in the area of internal security
Presentation by the participants and discussion of current issues in the thematic focus (especially asylum, migration, police cooperation and counter terrorism) with particular regard to the protection of fundamental rights and the ECJ case law
Written seminar paper, oral presentation and participation during the discussion
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
The seminar is organized in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of the Interior. The students have the opportunity to interact with experts of the FMI in the framework of the seminar.
A kick off meeting is scheduled for the 16th of October (date and place will be announced).
