With this lab , we try to bridge the gap between studies and legal practice . The " dry " training at the university will be applied in actual cases from practice . We give the students the opportunity to offer a hopefully exciting framework with the involvement of a marketing expert , a German lawyer and two representatives of the Federal Competition Authority .

The following topics are provided : targeting -   The chocolate dispute : Ritter SPORT against Stiftung Warentest , told firsthand . Food marketing and the power of consumer associations Recent Developments in Antitrust with special emphasis on antitrust damages

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
